Minimum occupancy in Arajilla Suites is two adults. Maximum occupancy in Arajilla Suites is four adults, or two adults and two children. Child rates apply for children or adolescents from 6 to 17 years when staying in the same Arajilla Suite with a minimum of 2 adults.
General Tariff Information
The above rates are inclusive of: full breakfast, light lunch, selected pre-dinner drinks, three course dinner with menu changing daily, tea and coffee, mountain bikes and return airport transfers on the island. Also included are beach towels, beach bags and beach chairs, light fishing rods and snorkeling gear, plus backpacks.
Arajilla Retreat provides accommodation for children from six years of age.
Payment: one night's deposit due upon booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cheque and Direct Deposit. Due to Lord Howe's isolation, the local banks and Arajilla Retreat have no facility to accept Travellers' Cheques. We recommend that you bring sufficient Australian Dollars in tandem with an accepted credit card.

Cancellation Charges: Bookings cancelled 50 days to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total cost of the accommodation. Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refund can be given in the event of a non-arrival or for unused services. We recommend that you consider travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen cause. Arajilla Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss as a failure to so insure.
Liability: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of service providers over whom we have no direct control. Nor do we accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event, which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
